It’s here… the 2026 digital Essential HR Planner πŸ“²

Hi Reader,

Do you remember how exciting it felt to receive your first-ever business card with your name on it?

I still remember thinking, "I feel like an actual grown-up now - a business person."

I don't really use business cards anymore (do you? I always connect with new contacts on LinkedIn instead). But I had that same excited feeling this week when two things happened:

πŸ“Έ First, I received a set of beautiful new photos from the wonderful photographer (Vicki Knights) who shot The Essential HR Planner for me this year.

Second, I finally uploaded the digital version of the planner last night - so it's now officially ready to purchase πŸŽ‰ (Up until last night, only the hardback planner was available).

Last year, the main photo I had of the digital edition was one I took myself with my phone. So seeing the planner captured so professionally this time gave me that 'proper grown-up business person' feeling again!

I've added some of the new photos to The Essential HR Planner website, and I'd love for you to take a look if you have a moment.

A special thank you for being here: As a subscriber to this weekly HR Coffee Time newsletter, you can get Β£5 off the digital planner. Just enter HRCOFFEETIME at checkout.

The digital planner works beautifully on iPads, tablets and reMarkables (with either an Apple Pencil, or stylus).

I haven't recorded the new walkthrough video yet (it's next on my to-do list), but this short video from last year's digital version will give you a good feel for how it all works.

P.S. The planner photos weren't the only ones I received this week - the photos from Personio's People & Culture IMPACT awards also landed in my inbox, and they brought back such lovely memories of the evening. It was wonderful to celebrate the achievements of our HR community together. If you'd like to hear about Personio's future free HR events (and there are some great ones coming up), you can sign up for notifications here.
